i know i haven't updated in a long ass time..but i feel this weekend deserved a special entry.

I LOVE MY FRIENDS!!!

yea so this weekend was the monthly "girls night out!" with me, katie, anna, and (danielle in spirit)..they pick me up to watch The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants (such a good movie!). lol me and Anna were bawling and giggling during the whole movie and Katie is yellin "I can never watch a movie with you guys again!"..and then every two minutes Anna's opinion of Kostos changes: "OMG! he's so UGLY!" and then "awww! he's so cute"..but yea it was a really good movie.
So then we go to Katie's house and they surprised me with a cake they made and the second season of Gilmore Girls for my birthday (which is next week! woo hoo!..but the parentals won't let me do anything cuz of finals!). then we pigged out on pizza and Katie's dad helped me on my physics quiz which was due that night.  He's my hero and i got a hundred on it..then the girls sang happy birthday to me and i blew out the candles and then we had some delicious cake...yum...then we watched National Treasure and at some point we all fell asleep and around 3 we wake up at the same time and Anna said we should talk...so we started talking about random things then fell back to sleep again...and in the morning we had strawberries and waffles...yum...

hello....

just got back from PRAISEFEST in livingston. it was another amazing YFC event! it was a little cousin reunion with me, karynn, jr, chris, and anthony. we havent all been together in such a long time. i was so glad that we had a special cousin bonding moment  with all of us in a big group hug swaying to the music and praising God together. 

Praisefest was a great ending to a weird day.  at like 5:00 in the morning today (well technically yesterday) me and Karynn were getting ready for bed and out of no where we here a crash and a car alarm go off right outside of karynn's window and the  electricity goes out.  me and karynn ran downstairs hand in hand cuz were so scared and we here jr and lem come from the basement all confused about why the lights went out. kar grabs a flashlight and we go to wake up tita nilda cuz were all nervous about what was the crash.  were all looking outside through the window and we see that a huge tree branch fell on top of a car.  luckily no one was hurt and the car wasn't damaged.   

im finally home from ny...it was a fun two weeks...so many new memories now...like racing karynn's turtles on a box, watching the midnight showing of I,Robot with jr and chris mimicking the robot's british accent ,  eating at diners and dan snorting sugar and salt, bowling, mount misery (even though we didnt really see anything), coldstone - so GOOD, thirteen - freaky movie, karaoke, making pancakes, mozza chicken, soup, and s'mores at 3 in the morning, and pokemon puzzle league lol.

plans to come: six flags hopefully this week, Aimee's bridal shower and bachelorette party!, and the PHILIPPINES in two and a half  weeks WOOHOO so excited!!

so many things have happened so this is gonna be a long entry....

Thursday: Tita Nilda, JR, and Karynn picked me and chris up from jersey to spend the weekend in New York - my home away from home.went and got bubble tea.... then me, JR, karynn, chris, and ricky watched the midnight showing of spiderman 2..it was such a good movie..lol and its not the same guy in the elevator and in the train - just wanted to  clear that up

Friday:  First went to a bbq...so much fun met new people and saw a lot of ppl i havent seen since last summer. had a water balloon fight lol out of everyone i was the worst. i was soaked from head to toe. lol and karynn driving the wrong way but the rent a cops didnt care

i went with my cousins and moreen to the YFC praise fest G4G. it was such an inspirational experience. in the beginning i didnt expect it to be that big of a deal but i couldnt have been more wrong. there was amazing music and i met so many new ppl. it was both a fun and spiritual night for me from jumping up and down to the music to having felt the strongest connection i have ever had with God. 
When JR went up to talk about his experience in YFC and his feeling and issues he had it was like i saw my cousin in a completely different light. he had such passion when he talked and his heartfelt words contributed to the change inside me and the stronger presence of God i now feel. when JR went into his discussion about his tita ching and his friends and seeing him start to break down i couldnt help but begin to cry. i looked around the room and i wasnt the only one in tears. his words triggered so many thoughts in my head all the things i took too seriously instead of putting God first, all the things i took for granted and didnt thank God enough for like helping me through the roughest moments and showing me the brighter side. then me, kar, chris, and moreen  all went into a group hug and then jr and mike came and gave us all hugs. with each tear that rolled down my cheek i felt more of God's presence and a stronger spiritual connection with my cousins.  I thank JR and Karynn for taking me and letting me share this experience with them.

Saturday: getting tired so quick summary of Saturday...got bubble tea, went swimming and played towel ball - i couldnt hit anything, played poker, then to a diner, then to the beach  and running from the beach guards lol.

Sunday: Happy Fourth of July! i got thrown into the pool while in my pajamas by Ricky all because of Karynn's evil scheming.  then me and chris had to go back to Jersey....i miss new york...

sOo tired..::yawns::

anyways...BUSY weekend....so much fun
SATURDAY: went to six flags with Chris and Anna. we met up with Dj, Rob, Janelle, Aisa, Ken, Anne, Kara, Kassie, and Zack. we got there around 12 and didnt leave till 10:30...the fireworks were so pretty...so many memories: on the way there my dad hitting a bird flying across the road and everybody screaming. lol the hottie boom boddie working at congo rapids. anna sitting on the rope railing on line then falling off lmao!. me and rob playing truth or dare on line. aisa and janelle dancing ocho ocho and spaghetti. the random tickling moments between everyone. the seat vibrator with the foot thing and everyone sticking quarters in to sit on it. playing hand games while on line for sponge bob. the cutie from YFC in Vineland. DDR. listening to janelle and anna sing I Will Survive at the recording studio. anna  screaming "OMG look at his hair". riding the tea cups with rob and dj - went way too fast really dizzy afterwards. walking around in wet socks. singing songs from Bring it On.

SUNDAY: forced to wake up mad early to go to mass at 7:30 and then go to orthodontist appointment....later in the evening went to Tito Bebot's Surprise Party lol and watched old men dance the spaghetti. saw most of the waray people and Honeylou (spell change thanks to joreen)  i havent seen her in two years so nice to know shes moving to the states. 

tomorrow at 8 listen to radiopinoy...my cousin jason is djing and hes gonna be playing my Tito Bebot's cd with him and my Tita Grace singing and Joreen and Chris...just go to www.pinoyradio.net - thanks to joreen
